Frequently asked questions
Does Carglass repair chips in windscreens?
Yes. Chips smaller than 3 cm can be repaired (cheaper than a replacement). Your insurance may cover it, depending on your contract.
Can Carglass come to my home?
Yes. Carglass offers service at your home or office in some areas.
How does insurance cover work at Carglass?
Carglass contacts your insurer directly to arrange cover. You pay nothing upfront if you have bris de glace (glass breakage) cover. Just bring your carte grise (vehicle registration certificate) and your insurance certificate.
