On foncia.com > 'Espace clients' (Customer area). Your login is shown on your service charge notice. You can access meeting minutes, charges and the owners' association documents.
Does Foncia present annual accounts at a meeting?
Yes, Foncia presents the year's accounts at the Annual General Meeting of co-owners (required by law). The notice is sent 21 days before.
How do I replace Foncia as syndic?
The decision to change syndic must be voted at the General Meeting by absolute majority (Article 25 of the 1965 law). Prepare the file with an alternative syndic before the meeting.
