The GFA guarantees that your home will be delivered even if the developer fails. It is mandatory for every new-build project in France. Nexity always provides it.
How can I follow the progress of my Nexity VEFA home?
Through the Nexity app or your customer account on nexity.fr. Site visits are also offered to buyers depending on progress.
