What is the difference between Odalys and a gîte (holiday cottage)?
Odalys residences are apartments with services (cleaning, activities, sometimes a pool/spa). More comfortable than a classic gîte but less authentic. Several levels of range.
Can I bring my pets to Odalys?
Some Odalys residences accept pets (for an extra charge). Check on odalys.com by ticking the 'Animaux acceptés' (Pets allowed) filter when searching.
How do I cancel an Odalys booking?
