My doctor did not send my feuille de soins. What should I do?
If the télétransmission (electronic claim transfer) failed, the doctor gives you a paper feuille de soins (treatment claim form) to send to your CPAM (local health insurance office). Reimbursement time: 5 to 10 working days.
How do I choose my médecin traitant?
Register your médecin traitant (regular GP) on ameli.fr (under 'Mon espace > Mes informations > Médecin traitant'). This is required to get the maximum reimbursement rate.
