How do I cancel a Doctolib appointment?
In the app or on doctolib.fr, section 'Mes RDV'. Cancel at least 48 hours in advance so the practitioner is not penalised. You receive a reminder by email.
Does Doctolib keep my medical data?
Doctolib stores your appointment information and your health record if you use it. Data is hosted in France and certified HDS (Hébergeur de Données de Santé, certified health data host).
My doctor is no longer on Doctolib. How do I contact them?
Call the medical practice directly. If the practitioner is no longer listed on Doctolib, they may have changed platform or booking method.
