Uber charged me twice. How do I get a refund?
On help.uber.com or in the app: trip history > the trip concerned > 'Get help'. Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days.
How do I report a safety issue with Uber?
In the app, under 'Help > Report a safety issue'. In an emergency, call 17 (police). Uber has a safety team available 24/7.
Uber Eats: how do I cancel an order?
You have a few minutes after ordering to cancel free of charge. If preparation has started, a cancellation fee may apply. Use the Uber Eats app.
