Fnac runs a marketplace with third-party sellers. Check whether the item is sold by Fnac or by a partner. For partner orders, first contact the seller through your Fnac account.

How can I tell a Fnac item from a partner item?
On the product page, look at 'Vendu par' (Sold by) and 'Expédié par' (Shipped by). If both say Fnac, after-sales service is direct. If it is a partner, contact them first through your account.
My Fnac Marketplace item was faulty on arrival. What should I do?
Report it within 14 days through your Fnac account, under 'Mes commandes > Signaler un problème' (My orders > Report a problem). If it was sold by a partner, Fnac can step in if there is no reply within 5 days.
Does Fnac guarantee partner sellers?
Fnac checks its partner sellers but does not directly guarantee their products. If a dispute is not resolved, Fnac can act as a mediator.
