Does Vinted buyer protection really work?
Yes, if you pay through Vinted (not by private bank transfer). You have 2 days after receipt to report a problem. Vinted handles the refund.
My Vinted item does not look like the photo. What should I do?
Do not accept the order in the app. Open a dispute in the app within 2 days of receipt. Attach comparison photos.
Does Vinted take commissions?
Vinted is free for sellers. Buyers pay protection fees (2–5% + fixed fees). These fees cover buyer protection and the payment service.
