Before you call
Fnac Spectacles tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Keep your confirmation email. If the event is cancelled, the refund is automatic.

My event is cancelled. Will I get a refund?
Yes, if the organiser cancels, Fnac refunds you automatically to the payment method used, within 30 days.
Can I exchange my Fnac Spectacles tickets?
No, tickets are personal and generally cannot be exchanged. Some organisers make exceptions. Check the conditions when you buy.
I lost my e-ticket. What should I do?
Log back in to your Fnac.com account, under 'Mes commandes' (My orders). You can download your ticket again at any time before the event.
