Yes, this is what makes ilek different. In your customer area you can see the exact producer supplying your energy (wind turbine, solar plant, etc.).

Is my supply secure with ilek?

Yes. ilek uses the national Enedis/GRTgaz network. If ilek fails, you are automatically switched to the supplier of last resort.

How do I cancel ilek?

In your customer area on ilek.fr or by email to contact@ilek.fr. Cancellation is free and requires no notice. ilek handles the end of the contract.
