My Windows won't start, what should I do?
Try starting in safe mode (F8 at boot). The Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) also allows a restore.
How do I reactivate my Windows licence after changing PC?
Go to Settings > Update > Activation. If it is linked to a Microsoft account, it transfers automatically.
Microsoft 365: how do I cancel my subscription?
Go to account.microsoft.com > Services & subscriptions > Manage > Cancel. A prorated refund is possible if you cancel within the first 30 days.
