How do I get a Samsung repair under warranty?
Call 01 48 63 00 00 or use the Samsung Members app. For smartphones, a technician can come to your home or send you a prepaid package.
My Samsung Galaxy won't update?
Check your Wi-Fi connection and free storage space (minimum 2 GB). Go to Settings > Software update. If it is stuck, contact support.
Does the Samsung warranty cover a broken screen?
No, accidental damage is not covered. Samsung Care+ (optional insurance) covers breakage. Check whether you took it out when you bought the device.
