How do I cancel my Orange subscription?
Through your customer account on orange.fr, in an Orange store or by registered letter. 1 month's notice is required for the box, 10 days for mobile.
My Livebox is not working. How do I report it?
Call 3900 or use the chat on orange.fr. Orange can diagnose your line remotely and send a technician if needed (free under warranty).
Does Orange offer fibre in my area?
Check on orange.fr by entering your address. If fibre is not available, ADSL or the 4G Box are offered as alternatives.
